ChildrenSong Returns to In-Person Singing with Summer Program

ChildrenSong of New Jersey is a community children's choir in its 22nd season. The choir is based in Haddonfield for weekly rehearsals, but will hold its summer session in Cherry Hill at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Cherry Hill (401 Kings Hwy N., Cherry Hill). We are providing this opportunity free of charge to young singers who love to sing and wish to improve their vocal skills! Join us for ChildrenSong's Summer Vocal Institute for ages 8-18, August 23-26 in the evenings - 5:30-6:30 for grades 3-5 and 6:30-7:45 for grades 6-12 (8th-12th graders can audition to participate in Cantate Singers which extends older singer session to 8:30pm). What will your singer learn? Vocal technique exercises, how to read music, learn songs of various styles, participate in a choir performance, and meet others who share the same interest! Who can participate? Any young singer in South Jersey (Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem counties and beyond!) Once you register, you will receive an email the week prior to attending the camp with important information about the summer session.
