HADDON TOWNSHIP, N.J. – As Del Buono's Bakery celebrates its 100th anniversary, the beloved South Jersey institution is preparing to open an exciting new chapter with the debut of the Del Buono's Pastry Shop in Westmont this August.

The new pastry destination will feature artisan pastries, fresh donuts, Italian specialties, premium coffee, and DiBartolo's Kakery at Del Buono's, a dedicated cake studio led by award-winning cake artist Al DiBartolo.
Known throughout South Jersey for his extraordinary custom cakes, DiBartolo has created cakes for thousands of celebrations and earned national recognition through appearances on Food Network, including winning Halloween Wars the Big Bake, Food Network Challenge and Holiday Wars. At the new pastry shop, he'll offer custom cakes, wedding consultations, and cake decorating classes while bringing his signature artistry to the Del Buono's family.

This is more than a new bakery, it's the next chapter in our story. As we celebrate 100 years of Del Buono's, we're excited to create a destination where tradition meets creativity, and where families can celebrate life's biggest moments.
Currently undergoing renovations in the historic Westmont bakery building, the new pastry shop has been carefully restored to preserve its character while creating a modern gathering place for the community.
A soft opening is planned for mid-August, followed by an official Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, August 29, during the Haddon Township Summer Music Festival. The celebration will feature special events, product tastings, giveaways, and opportunities to meet Al DiBartolo.
Founded in 1926, Del Buono's has served generations of South Jersey families with authentic Italian breads, rolls, and baked goods. The new pastry shop continues that legacy while introducing an exciting new destination for pastries, custom cakes, and sweet celebrations.
