Markeim’s favorite Potter, Donna Los, returns for a favorite of young artists: Summer Pottery Camp! Clay is an exciting, magical material. Campers learn the art and craft of clay while exploring their own creativity. Young artists can learn the fundamentals of working on the potter’s wheel as each student experiences wedging, centering, opening up and making wheel thrown forms. They will then progress to finishing and glazing, creating their own one-of-a-kind pieces. This is a unique, hands-on experience! (Mature 7 year olds will be considered.)
