NJ Coronavirus: Westmont Diner Cuts Prices, Delivers Groceries
The Westmont Diner is operating on takeout only, and is offering 50 percent off items.
HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Westmont Diner is offering 50 percent off its entire takeout menu, the diner announced this week.The diner moved to a takeout only menu after Gov. Phil Murphy called on all restaurants to close to help prevent the spread of new coronavirus.
Residents can call 856 854 7220 to place an order between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. They will receive a table number. When they get to the diner, their order will be waiting for them on the table with the corresponding number.
Payments can be made by phone or in-person. Anyone paying in person is asked to pay with a credit card that can be sanitized before and after use. No one will be allowed in the diner.

The diner is also delivering groceries between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Orders can be placed by phone and picked up when picking up a takeout order, it can be delivered and payment can be left in an envelope at the resident’s front door.
