Working out and suffering from arthritis can be painful and cause people to avoid workouts. If this describes you then maybe try introducing static exercises into your exercise routine. Static exercises are done by holding the weight in place during the exercise for a period of time. Pick any of the exercises you usually do and hold the weight in place in the middle of the movement for about 45 seconds. This would count as your set. Repeat this for as many exercises and sets you’d normally do. This prevents the bones rubbing on each other while still working the muscles.
