Hoboken, Saturday: Photos And Updated Forecast For Tropical Storm Ian

HOBOKEN, NJ — There are no flood watches in effect for Hoboken this weekend so far amid the remnants of Hurricane Ian, but forecasters expect heavy rain Saturday and wind gusts Sunday of up to 32 m.p.h.
The city of Hoboken canceled its Arts and Music Festival for Sunday (concerts will be held indoors; more info here) and offered $5 parking for residents in city garages Friday to Saturday.
The next high tide is Saturday at 1:14 p.m.

Saturday: Rain before 11 a.m., then rain and possibly a thunderstorm between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., then a chance of rain and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Steady temperature around 56. Northeast wind around 9 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Sunday: Rain likely. Cloudy, with a steady temperature around 57. Northeast wind 10 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
