Hoboken Bakery To Offer 3 A.M. Cookie Delivery

Hoboken, NJ – The Mile Square City’s late night delivery options will get a little more diverse this summer when Insomnia Cookies opens its new location at 56 Newark Street.

Here’s the hook, night owls… the bakery will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m., with delivery available throughout the city from noon to 3 a.m.

The store will be the chain’s first venture into New Jersey, according to a company news release.

The Hoboken store will offer a “full ice cream menu” with customizable options such as the cookie a la mode and cookiewich (ice cream sandwiched between two cookies). Cookie flavors will include Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe.

“While we have not confirmed a grand opening date yet, we will have a weeklong celebration including a free cookie offer,” a company representative told Patch.
