• Hoboken To Give Update On Changes To NJ Transit Redevelopment Plan (patch.com) — Hoboken residents are being invited to a Zoom meeting next Tuesday to hear about proposed changes to NJ Transit's major redevelopment at the city's south end, including the Hudson Place and Hudson Street area near the train terminal. Officials will outline updates to the mixed-use project featuring the rising 'Charlie' residential tower, a planned 20-story office building, retail space, and infrastructure and open space upgrades around the bus and ferry terminals.
   

• Good Shout Productions (backstage.com) — Hoboken-area actors are invited to apply as background performers for a dark sci‑fi comedy short film shooting for one day in Brooklyn this October. The nonunion role is unpaid, but open to talent from Hoboken and nearby New York and New Jersey cities, with full audition details available to Backstage members.
