Snow expected Thursday, Saturday; Thursday's commute could be slippery; Sunday, Monday could be coldest days, nights in 11 years.
An “impactful” storm and cold front could develop this weekend that forecasters say could bring snow, strong gusts and a wind chill blast that could sink temperatures below zero - the worst wind chill in a decade.
The National Weather Service has issued a “Hazardous Weather Outlook,” saying a harsh arctic outbreak is likely for the holiday weekend.
