Free Guided Fossil Walk Along the Ramanessin Brook in Holmdel

SHARKS’ TEETH, FOSSILS AND FUN
 

Have fun and learn about the ancient history of Holmdel when this area was under the ocean.  Friends
of Holmdel Open Space will sponsor a guided fossil hunt along, and in, the
Ramanessin Brook, Holmdel on June 21, 2014.  

You just might go home with some sharks’ teeth.  

The hunt will be led by a fossil expert from
Poricy Park in Middletown.  

We will meet at the Village
School parking lot at 10 am.  

Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet, and bring strainers for sifting.  All children must be accompanied by an
adult.  

Event will be held rain or shine.
