The Pilates/cryotherapy opened in late November, and the barbershop and Jersey Freeze ice cream should open before Jan. 1, a spokeswoman for Bell Works said.

These four newest businesses will join the dentist (Dimension Dental), home goods store (City Barn/Country Penthouse), escape room, Holmdel Montessori School, indoor golf center and virtual reality business — all of which are either already open or scheduled to open at Bell Works in the new year.

All of these businesses are located on the ground floor of Bell Works, which is a large pedestrian walking area similar to a mall. It's nicknamed "The Block" at Bell Works. The top floors of Bell Works are office space. A hotel is supposed to open on the roof of Bell Works, but that now won't open until 2021 or even later.

The Bell Works pilates studio/cryotherapy center opened in late November: Renaissance Pilates + Wellness is a state-of-the-art Pilates, wellness and lifestyle center owned by Holmdel-native Danielle Buccellato and her sister, Joelle.

The business will feature an array of fitness classes for beginners to advanced, as well as whole-body cryotherapy, Cryoskin, infrared and oxygen therapies. They have locations in Hoboken and Red Bank, as well.

The barber shop will be called Justin’s Barbershop, and it originated in Jackson in 2005. Founder Justin D’Esposito opened his second location in Manalapan, as well as two more throughout the state. Justin's Barbershop at Bell Works will be their fifth location, and is operated by D'Esposito and his brother, Timothy.

"The Gathering Shops" will sell clothing, jewelry, beauty, wellness and home goods and the selections change on a rotating monthly basis. Founded in 2018 by Sal Martorano, Bell Works will be the second New Jersey location for the company. Their flagship location is at the Garden State mall in Paramus.

Jersey Freeze ice cream started in in Freehold and is rumored to be Bruce Springsteen's favorite ice cream shop. Their second location will be a 1,000-square-foot space on the ground floor of Bell Works. They'll sell gourmet ice cream, homemade cakes and shakes.

Bell Works has a food court for casual fare. Mezza Luna, an upscale Italian restaurant, quietly opened there this fall, along with its sister restaurant Estrella Azul, which serves Mexican cuisine.
