5 Things You Need to Know About Teen Night

KaBob's will host a party for 14- to 17-year-olds on Wednesday night.

Bob Winegar said he's seen enough.

"There is nothing for kids to do anymore," the owner of and said. "They're going out to the Quick Chek and getting into trouble."

So, Winegar agreed to host "Teen Night' at KaBob's on Wednesday from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

You Need to Know the Age Limit: 14-17.

You Need to Know About Security: Winegar said three security guards will roam the event. Teens wearing gang colors or indecent clothing will not be permitted. Outside drink containers also won't be permitted. Teens will receive a hand stamp and Winegar said he won't let it get too packed: "I don't want them jammed in," he said. "I want them to have a good time."

You Need to Know About the Venue: The teens will party to a DJ upstairs at KaBob's. They will be allowed on the dock.

You Need to Know About Refreshments: Winegar said they'll be available for purchase at a reduced rate.

You Need to Know About Price: $15 at the door. Teens can pick up cards that will get them in for $10 either at KaBob's or Bob's Place on Tuesday.
