Belly Dancing - Good for the Body and Soul

BELLY DANCING is good for Body and Soul, and it's LOW IMPACT, yet, it tones and firms and strengthens and gives you flexibility because of all those great figure 8's and undulations and shimmies and more…. That's why it's been around for over 5,000 years.   It's gone through some evolutions as it picked up steps from various dances, gone to Cabaret/Club style, and now it's gone full circle and it's something everyone can enjoy without all the fancy, sexy costumes.   We teach Middle Eastern Belly Dancing, as well as various new forms.. Tribal Fusion and Bellywood and we're still loving it after all these years. It's stood the test of time.    Every Tuesday and Friday at Ronnie's, each month a new set of steps and patterns are taught.   6:40 p.m. Tuesdays.
