Body Shred Boot Camp
Body Shred boot camp is an 8 week intense exercise program that is designed to build lean muscle mass and burn fat mass while using your own body weight and some small equipment. If you have hit a plateau, not seeing the results you are working toward, or simply need a place to start, Body Shred is for you.Indoor sessions will run from 615am - 710am 4x a week. Outdoor sessions will have various times to accommodate all individuals. For information on where to meet for boot camp, please contact me directly. Drop in price is $15, pack of 5 sessions is $50, and a pack of 10 sessions is $75. There is a total price for the full 8 weeks. Contact me directly for this option and savings.
