CABLEVISION CONTRACT: Representatives from Cablevision of Morris will talk to the council about renewing its ability to construct and operate cable TV in Hopatcong.
LOSING LIQUOR LICENSES: The council will most likely adopt a resolution rescinding the 2011-2012 liquor licenses for Tonic Inc., which used to operate a nightclub on Lakeside Boulevard where Quick Chek now stands—and Brooklyn Cafe and Deli since neither has been active for two years.

DRUNK DRIVING ENFORCEMENT: The council could adopt a resolution asking the state's Director of the Division of Local Government Finance to approve inserting $7,526.53 into Hopatcong's 2011 budget for its Drunk Driving Enforcement Fund.
