Catfish Contest Comes to Lake Hopatcong

The following is from the Knee Deep Club.

The Knee Deep Club will hold its annual Lake Hopatcong Catfish Derby the weekend of August 11 and 12, 2012. The contest will begin at 6:00 PM on Saturday August 11, 2012 and conclude at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, August 12, 2012. The entry fee for club members is $20.00 and non-members $25.00 ($20.00 entry + $5.00 non-member fee). No one will be allowed to entry after 7:00 PM on Saturday August 11, 2012. Cash prizes will be based on a 80% payout of entry fees for the three (3) heaviest catfish weighed in for the contest. The anglers catching the 4^th, 5^th and 6^th heaviest catfish will each receive a $20.00 gift certificate to the Windlass Restaurant, Lake Hopatcong.
