**Portal Instructions For Council Mtg**

Electronic Public Access to Borough of Hopatcong Council Meeting.

Until further notice “ALL” Borough Council meetings will be conducted electronically through a system called Zoom. Go to the Borough Web site www.Hopatcong.org. At the Public Portal to attend Borough Council Meetings “Click Here” button will automatically allow you to join the meeting. Once connected to the meeting - you will be placed on “Mute” until the Public Session is opened. Should you like to comment during the Public Session - go to the Resource Button to the lower right screen and click the hands. This will let the meeting organizer know you wish to comment - selection is in the order of the screen – you will still need to state your name and address for the record. Once selected you will have five (5) minutes to make comments. Questions during this meeting will be communicated in writing and NOT during the meeting.
