just thinking out loud

this is my opinion on the news today, before all this technology, reporters had time to research the facts then publish the story with factual proof, so the news was credible back then, as technology advanced and got so fast that stories come and go in an instant, so today stories are published without verifying the facts, because all the news agencies are competing for who’s the fastest and the best with the latest stories, so you really can’t believe any news story until it has been debated and challenged for several months, and even then it’s hard to really say what’s the truth. now with the superfast, instant posting of stories, videos, and pictures, the news stations, are now the last to know what’s going on, so to have an edge they are no longer a neutral body, but they take sides, and political sides are in the forefront, so the stations that choose to support the democrats, distort the stories to keep their friendships, and the same with the republicans. So in the age of instant news, we have instant damage control, so the public is really in the dark about everything. there is no truth in broadcasting anymore it’s become 24/7/ 365days a year campaigning at our expense. the reason I wrote this is I think this is another factor why Obama supporters don’t know how bad our country really is, they only watch the news that says what they want to hear, fear not democrats the republicans are just as bad informing their followers, and that’s why no one knows what to believe.
