Here's a message found on Hopatcong's website:
"There will be NO garbage collection this Friday, November 11th. Collection will take place on Saturday November 12th. The Municipal Utilities Authority will be closed in honor of Veteran's Day. Recycling pick-up however, will remain on the same schedule. The Hopatcong Recycling Center will be open daily for the next four days, 8am to 4:00 pm Wednesday November 9th, through Saturday November 12th to accept tree limbs, and other vegetative debris caused by the recent storm. Remember, no construction debris can be accepted."
