Parking on My Property.

I hope I reach a lot of people with this message, and please don't think I'm being mean... but I need everyone to stop trying to park in my lot... the dance studio on the corner of Maxim and Squaw!   Just because it's on the corner and it's empty, doesn't mean it's a free-for-all.  When I first bought the building I spent thousands to have the lot repaired only to find trucks going through it during the day and ripping up the asphalt.  And cars, all day long taking a short cut so they wouldn't have to go around the corner.   I blocked it off as best as I could and eventually had it repaired at quite a hefty cost.   They told me "keep the big trucks out of here and through traffic and it will last longer".   So that's what I'm doing.   If it were tree lined or fenced in, you would not be able to park there or drive through, so just pretend that's the case, and please stay out of my lot unless you are a student.   This is private property, I live here, don't run over my stuff and don't move my stuff to get in.   This is my home when I'm not teaching, and I would appreciate the courtesy of everyone treating it as such.   thanks.  ronnie
