What is PiYo Strength?!
PiYo Strength is a hybrid workout that fuses the concepts of Pilates and Yoga into an athletic, dynamic routine. This dynamic blend of movements increases strength, agility, and balance while being easy on the mind and joints. This incredible experience blends the best of both fitness worlds while standing out from other traditional mind-body formats. This class is about strength training, core conditioning for all individuals who want to sweat their way to sculpted muscles, increased core strength and greater stability.
Classes run every Saturday from 10am - 11am. Evening classes are developing.
