As of 12:00 AM on April 20, 2020 the Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) was notified of 64 additional cases of COVID-19 among county residents. The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Sussex County is at 688.

Sussex County Freeholder Director Sylvia Petillo and the Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) are saddened to announce that they have been notified of two additional COVID-19- related deaths in Sussex County, in a 71 year- old male and a 74 year- old male, both from Andover Township. Please note, deaths are announced as they are reported to and verified by the SCDOH, not necessarily on the date that they occur. The SCDOH has been working with those individuals who came into contact with these patients.
