Sussex County Health Department's Daily Coronavirus Update

'The Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) was notified of 18 additional cases of COVID-19 among county residents.'

As of 12:00 AM on April 15, 2020 the Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) was notified of 18 additional cases of COVID-19 among county residents. The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Sussex County is at 554.

Sussex County Freeholder Director Sylvia Petillo and the Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) are saddened to announce that they have been notified of nine additional COVID-19- related deaths in Sussex County, in a 74 year- old male, a 63 year- old male, a 60 year- old male, a 78 year- old male, a 52 year- old male, a 61 year- old male, a 73 year- old female, a 70 year- old female, and a 61 year- old male, all from Andover Township. Please note, deaths are announced as they are reported to and verified by the SCDOH, not necessarily on the date that they occur. The SCDOH has been working with those individuals who came into contact with these patients.
