Taxes

Considering that patch no longer posts any news of actual interest to hopatcong it looks like I have to do their job for them. Looks like municipal taxes are going up 2.8% this year and county taxes are going up close to 10%. No word yet on school taxes but a 2% increase there will result in a total tax increase go close to 4% for the year. With how bad the lakefronters got hit last year I think we should follow what seaview harbor in egg harbor township is doing. By the way Apprasial systems did the reassessment there too.
