The Sussex County YMCA Hosts a Try My Y Open House with Family Pool Time, Free Classes and More

The Sussex County YMCA, located at 15 Wits End Road in Hardyston, New Jersey, announced today that it will hosting a free community open house event on Sunday, February 16th 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The Community is invited to a family swim time from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., free adult wellness classes including: Better Balance, Yoga, Spin and Bokwa and the Y will be offering wellness center consultations with Y health and fitness experts. Children will be invited to participate in classes such as Wiggle Worms, Music and More, Games Galore, Judo and Awesome Archery.

“We welcome families to spend an afternoon at the Y and have the opportunity to try some of the classes we offer,” commented Jennifer Gardner, Executive Director of the Sussex County YMCA.  “Our friendly staff is looking forward to sharing all our great programs with the community and that includes something for everyone, no matter what age.”
