Anyone know of any  plans to enforce the 4-ton limit on Old Prospect School Rd? It seems that after 7 years, the SPD could find their way to any point east of Houses Corner Rd; the dump trucks, 18-wheelers hauling scrap from CAL, and bulk carriers bound for Limecrest Rd have.
