What Should Go Here? Open Spot Near Modick

In January, closed indefinitely.

Now a "for sale" sign hangs on the railing outside its door.

At the time, two of Tyme Out!'s four owners said the restaurant was closing for "business reasons."

It was a vauge, yet somewhat familiar explanation. Parkside Coffee & Grill, which operated the location for about a decade, in November 2010.

But what do you think would save the location? What would fit best at the place near ? Another restaurant? A convenience store? A small retail shop?
