Indulge yourself in an afternoon of relaxation and balance with our upcoming Yoga Day USA! This event will consist of an array of Yoga classes, including Tai Chi, Sound Meditation, and more. Special guest, Darien, aka 13 Hands, will share an inspiring hour of insight into the healing potential of the human body.
Various health-related vendors will be on hand, and healthy snacks will be available.
