On Monday July 22nd, the Saffin Pond Pioneers traveled to Roxbury for their seventh meet of the season. Despite the daunting task of swimming against the Roxbury Racers, one of the largest and most powerful teams in the North Jersey Regional Lake League, many Saffin Pond swimmers impressed all with 15 first, 14 second and 25 third place finishes. Not an easy task when facing such a formidable opponent.
