4. 32BJ workers rally outside KRE Group HQ in Jersey City demanding a fair contract (hudsoncountyview.com) — Property service workers at 485 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City rallied outside KRE Group's headquarters, pressing for a first union contract with better wages and healthcare after 18 months of stalled talks. Backed by several Jersey City council members, the workers and 32BJ SEIU are also pushing for broader organizing rights for hundreds of residential building staff across the city's luxury developments.
