Lacey Man Gets 7 Years For Dealing Meth, Attack With Weapon
Authorities found Antonio Giudice with methamphetamine and a stun gun in a Toms River motel room.

LACEY, NJ — A Forked River man was sentenced to seven years in prison for dealing methamphetamine from a motel room in Toms River, officials announced Monday. Authorities raided the room July 29 and found crystal meth and a stun gun.
Giuduce, 54, pleaded guilty to possessing between a half ounce and five ounces of crystal meth and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.
Giudice fought someone at a Toms River convenience store June 28, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office. He struck the individual in the face with the stun gun and fled, according to authorities. Detectives identified Giudice and the vehicle he drove through video surveillance in the area.

Authorities executed the no-knock search warrant a month later, finding crystal meth, a stun gun disguised as a flashlight, and about $3,500 in cash.
The Forked River man must serve 42 months before parole eligibility.
