Lacey Resident's Card Info Stolen, Used At Manahawkin Target: PD

The unknown suspect picked up $569 in purchases from Target, according to police.

LACEY, NJ — A Forked River resident's credit card info was used for fraudulent purchases at Target in Manahawkin, police said. An unknown suspect purchased items online and then picked up the $569 order at the store, according to authorities.

The victim reported to incident to police at 7:35 p.m. Dec. 19. The resident told police she received an email from her credit card company about the recent purchases.

Stafford police separately reported an incident involving a stolen credit card used for purchases at the same Target. Two people stole a credit card from Target and made a $2,900 purchase Sunday with a stolen credit card at Best Buy in Manahawkin, police said.
