Ayako Fukuhara, a certified Ikebana instructor who has been trained in the Sogetsu School of Ikebana, will be demonstrating this Japanese art of flower arrangement. Ikebana is a disciplined art form in which the arrangement is a living thing where nature and humanity are brought together and is the creative expression within certain rules of construction. Its materials are living branches, leaves, grasses, and blossoms. Registration suggested.
