Special Lawrence Township Board of Education Meeting

A special meeting of the Lawrence Township Board of Education will be held Thursday, July 26.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the conference room of the Tech Center at Lawrence High School, 2525 Princeton Pike.

According to the meeting agenda, the board is expected to take action on several instructional services and personnel matters, as well as one school business management item.

Among the personnel matters shown on the agenda are the hiring of several new teachers and the appointment of Pearl Charatz as interim supervisor of special education, preschool through sixth grade.

The board is also expected to go into executive session during the meeting.
