Woman’s Body Found In Trash Bag In Mercer County: Officials

MERCER COUNTY, NJ – The decomposed body of a woman was found in a garbage bag at a property in Trenton, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s office said.

On Dec. 23, the landlord of a property in the 600 block of Beatty Street in Trenton found the woman’s body in the garbage bag, the prosecutor’s office said. No other information was released.

An autopsy will be performed by the Middlesex Regional Medical Examiner's Office, authorities said.

The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department are investigating.
