September is Healthy Aging Month, the perfect time to explore the habits that support a vibrant mind and body throughout life.

Discover the science behind SuperAgers—adults over 80 who maintain exceptional memory and cognitive abilities well into later life. This fascinating program examines the latest research on brain resilience and the lifestyle factors linked to healthy aging, including physical activity, nutrition, social connections, lifelong learning, and a strong sense of purpose.

Drawing inspiration from both SuperAgers and the world’s longest-living populations, you'll learn practical, evidence-based strategies to help support cognitive health, enhance well-being, and age with vitality.

Presenter, Dr. Noam Zeffren, MD, is a board-certified geriatric medicine physician serving patients in Livingston, New Jersey. He specializes in the care of older adults, with extensive experience managing a wide range of age-related health conditions and complex geriatric concerns.

Dr. Zeffren is affiliated with Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and practices at The Geriatric Health Center in Livingston. He is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
