Girls on the Run Spring Registration is Now Open

The program helps build confidence, increase physical activity, and develop important life skills

Spring registration is open for Girls on the Run. The season begins April 7th and runs for 8 weeks, meeting on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:45-5pm at the Livingston Oval.

Girls on the Run has fun, evidence-based programs that inspire participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others.

This season is exciting because girls in grades 3–5 will experience a brand new Hello, Bold Heart! curriculum - empowering them to speak up for themselves and help others do the same. Each practice blends "happy pace" movement, meaningful life lessons, and team-building fun that builds confidence from the inside out.

“I love that the Girls on the Run inspires girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength and make meaningful connections with others. We use physical activity and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional and physical skills while encouraging healthy habits for life. In today’s unpredictable world, the strategies learned at Girls on the Run are more important than ever,” said Livingston coach Wendy Keyes.
