The center had posted on Wednesday, "Ukraine giving up its nuclear arsenal (Budapest Memorandum) made the world safer for all Americans. So each American received something extremely valuable from Ukraine, i.e. a safer place to live in."
Ukranian authorities said at least 70 of their soldiers were killed Tuesday in a Russian rocket attack.
