Juveniles charged with criminal mischief of more than $2,000, police report.

Two boys have been charged with criminal mischief after windows at Old Farmers Road School were found smashed, Washington Township Police said.

On Aug. 5, Officers Adam Feichter and Kevin Barnes were patrolling Old Farmers Road School after receiving a report the previous day of several windows having been damaged and broken, Lt. Mark Niemynski said.

While on patrol, Barnes found several male juveniles in the rear of the building, Niemynski said. A short foot pursuit ensued, which ended with Barnes and Feichter locating a total of six male juveniles, Niemynski said.

An investigation revealed two of the six boys were responsible for the damage that occurred earlier in the week, Niemynski said.

The individuals responsible – who are unnamed because of their age – were charged with criminal mischief in excess of $2,000 and turned over to their parents, Niemynski said.
