Arrest Made In Long Valley Chainsaw Theft
Police found the teen selling the tools online.
LONG VALLEY, NJ— Washington Township Police arrested a teen they say stole a chainsaw and toolkit from a parked trailer.
Robert Bace, 18 from Port Murray, was arrested on Dec. 22 in connection to the Dec. 14 theft.
Police say Bace stole the chainsaw and toolkit valued at $1050 out of a trailer parked in the victim's driveway.

One week later, Bace attempted to sell similar tools online. Police met up with Bace in person under the guise of a sale, where they then arrested him.
Base was charged with criminal trespass and theft of movable property. He was released with a pending court date.
