Baby Bobcats Found By Maintenance Workers In Morris County
The bobcat kittens were only several days old when workers found them.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Tree trimming services discover baby wildlife all the time, but last week maintenance workers made an unexpected find when they stumbled across three baby bobcats in Morris County.
Nelson Tree Service was conducting routine vegetation maintenance for PSE&G in Morris County when they found the three bobcat kittens, pictured above, NJDEP said. The workers called EcolSciences, who alerted the Endangered and NonGame Species staff at DFW for a confirmation that they were bobcats and not just feral house cats.
The kittens were just days old, the NJDEP said, and workers left the area so their mother could care for them.
