Earlier this year, a resident asked the at the intersection of Bartley/Coleman/Naughright Roads to improve traffic flow on weekday mornings. The resident cited extensive traffic backups during the morning school and business commute time period, which resulted in driver frustration and sometimes risky driving practices. The requested change was reviewed by the WTPD Traffic Officer and Morris County and a timing change was implemented in February.
