LVMS "Snow White Goes West" Show for Senior Citizens Review
A special performance of "Snow White Goes West", by LVMS students, for Washington Township Senior Citizens.
On Thursday Jan. 12 the Long Valley Middle School students put on a special performance of their show, "Snow White Goes West", for approximately 40 Senior Citizens. I was one of the seniors attending and it was a great show. Some seniors came in from Mt. Olive, in addition to our own town, as well as grandparents of some of the students. Cotton Eyed Joe was a featured dance number that had hands clapping and feet tapping as the cast showed dance talent and energy. The Seniors from our town appreciated this special event and the opportunity to see young local performers in a relaxed setting. Thank you to the students, school staff and the school district for showing that you care about our seniors. We all look forward to future shows. I may not be the equal of Roger Ebert re rating entertainment, but as Popeye the Sailor Man used to say "I knows what I likes". This was definitely a 4 Star Production!
