Silver hair, Silver anniversary

Twenty-five years ago today, I married Jan at the Rockaway United Methodist in Rockaway Township. Being the second marriage for both of us, we celebrated the occasion with my two sons, my new stepdaughter, mostly my family (Jan is from Illinois), and close friends. We held our reception at the Grand Café in Morristown—I believe it was the inaugural event for their beautiful second-floor banquet facility. The whether was much like today’s, rainy, chilly, with sport of sunshine here and there. Since that day, we have had a whirlwind ride, fast-tracking lessons in life, love, and accomplishments together. I hope the next 25 years will be the same (only maybe a little tamer)!
