WMC Boy's JV Soccer - What A Difference A Penalty Kick Made!

At the last meeting, when Roxbury HS visited the Wolfpack in late September, the game was decided by a penalty kick allowing Roxbury HS to come away with a 1-1 tie.

Last Thursday, Oct. 20, the game at Roxbury HS was, once again, decided by a penalty kick. However, it was the Wolfpack who was awarded with the penalty kick toward the end of the first half and promptly made good of the offering.

Roxbury HS put together an exceptionally strong offense in the second half but still failed to even out the score.  When the referee blew the final whistle, the Wolfpack had edged out Roxbury HS 1-0.
