Centenary Stage Co. to Hold Youth Interviews

Annual fall program will be led by Michael Blevins.

The Centenary Stage Company will hold Young Performers Workshop fall session interviews on Aug. 18 and Aug. 19, according to a press release from the group.

The stage company is celebrating more than 20 years of theatre training for young actors. Led by theatre, television and film veteran Michael Blevins, the fall session will run on Saturdays from Sept. 8 to Dec. 16, ending in a two-week festival of shows from Dec. 7 to Dec. 16, the release said.

No prior experience is required to participate in the program, all new applicants must complete an interview session with Blevins prior to acceptance into the program.

Appointments for interviews may be made by contacting the Centenary Stage Company Administrative Offices at 908-979-0900. The cost of the 15-week Fall Session is $395. A full description of the program may be viewed online at www.centenarystageco.org.

The Young Performers Workship is the educational arm of the professional Centenary Stage Company, a professional Equity theatre in residence on the campus of Centenary College.
