LONG VALLEY -- Washington Township Public Library will host "Container Gardening" on Tuesday, June 12th at 7 p.m. If you have a small yard, a small budget or just limited time to garden, try container gardening. Spend as much time, energy, money and space as desired to create something magical: a beautiful flowering plant offering scent and beauty, or an edible plant suited to your palate. You will learn how to assemble an impressive spectacle with many containers, or just one container to place in your window, on your deck or porch that would offer captivating joy to your senses. Start your exploration today. This program, led by Wing-Yee Pavlosky, is offered through the Rutgers Master Gardeners of Morris County. It is free and open to the public, but registration is requested online or by calling the library at 908-876-3596.
