Denville Immigration Lawyer Charged With Visa Fraud
The lawyer allegedly submitted via applications claiming his clients were entertainers with "extraordinary achievements," officials said.

DENVILLE, NJ— A Denville immigration attorney has been charged with stealing the identity of another attorney and submitting fake via applications, U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement said in a statement.
Charles Jason Lore, 43, is being charged with visa fraud, aggravated identity theft and mail fraud. ICE officials say he submitted over 250 visa applications claiming his clients as extraordinary achievements in the entertainment industry, something ICE said is a "rare exception."
Between April 2011 and January 2015, Lore allegedly submitted fraudulent I-129 forms claiming his clients were musicians, actors and artists who deserved temporary nonimmigrant worker visas.
