MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County Park Police made multiple arrests between Sept. 19 and Sept. 21. Read about those arrests here:
-9/19: ARRESTS FOR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Jefferson. An investigation led to Michael W. Allison, age 60, of Morris Township, and Diane M. Sciara, age 42, of Morristown, to be charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were both released with a court date pending.
-9/21: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS/WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Hanover. An investigation led to Onir A. Ritzie, age 24, of Morristown, to be charged with Possession of Suspected Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Prez D. Howell, age 20, of Morristown, was found to have a warrant for failure to appear in Parsippany Municipal Court. Mr. Ritzie was released with a court date pending and Mr. Howell was turned over to the custody of the Parsippany Police Department.

-9/21: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Hanover. An investigation led to Anthony D. Cannella, age 24, of Morris Township, to be charged with Possession of Suspected L.S.D. and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Center with a court date pending.
