Drunk Driver Broke Utility Pole, Forced Road Closure: WTPD
The road was closed for several days as utility crews focused on storm outages, police said.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — A drunk driver forced the closure of a highway last week after knocking over a utility pole and downing power lines, Washington Township Police said.
Michelle Pohore, 46, of Lebanon, was arrested on March 6 after police say she was involved in a one car drunk driving crash on Kings Highway. According to police, Pohore's SUV rolled over and hit a utility pole, snapping it in half and sending power lines onto the road way.
Pohore was evaluated by the Long Valley First Aid Squad but refused further medical attention. She was arrested and issued complaints for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and failure to observe traffic lanes. She was released to an adult with an upcoming municipal court date.
